A Flash Tattoo is a Pre-Drawn design used for Tattoos that come in 3 sizes, TINY, SMALL and BIG FLASH ranging from roughly 2" x 2" to 4" x 4" in size usually only available to be Tattooed on arms and legs.

TINY FLASH IS $100, SMALL FLASH IS $200 and BIG FLASH IS $300. ADDING COLOR DOUBLES THE PRICE

No changes can be made to the pre-drawn Flash Tattoo Designs. Placement is limited to Arms and Legs only! Must be 18 years or older for Flash Tattoos. Black Ink only for this price, color additions are extra and will double the cost of the flash.
